This is well made and easy to install. I opted to use screws rather than the self adhesive tape. The issue that I had with it is that the flanges on the end of the rod that supports the rolls are too small so every time I'd pull on the roll of toilet paper it would spin off the rod on to the floor. This really annoyed me so I ended up replacing it with this unit which I have in my upstairs bathroom. The design keeps the rolls from spinning off and it works a lot better.
