Schenker clearly explains the impact of the presidential elections on political, economic, and financial market factors, and the impact of these factors on the elections.
It is normal to anticipate and expect progressive changes in tandem with the change in leadership, however The Dumpster Fire Election takes a dystopian outlook at the oncoming elections.
Different sections would interest different audiences. I think, for me, the impact of the elections on the financial markets would be the stand out topic.
Regardless of the eventual outcome, The Dumpster Fire Election makes for a compelling read, and possibly with the alternative forecasts on the horizon, a more positive outlook could be looked forward to, and thus, prepared for.
Jason Schenker writes his third book in his election series having cut his chops writing two other very politically fuelled books. Schenker delivers us a future that we don’t want to happen but, if we’re all being honest, is going to happen. He bases his futurist forecasts on history, on facts, on figures and even recorded behaviors of individual candidates, political parties and the voters at large.
Reading this book is like taking a peek behind the veil of political secrecy. It’s something that most people play at with a drink in hand but no one has really put something together that is quite as well researched as the DUMPSTER FIRE ELECTION.
