PAY ATTENTION TO TYPE OF PLUGS.

VERY important to note that these are NOT D VI-I to RCA(red,white and yellow plugs) ... These are D VI-I to RCA COMPONENT (RBG plugs) the plugins look similar, just different colors. There are DVI to RCA converters, and HDMI to RCA converters. These are RBG COMPONENToutputs, and have MUCH better resolution than RCA. Just make sure you have the right type of equipment to use them.

Computer works with it, but not TV

I figured I would give it a shot to see if I could finally have a use for component, but it was a no-go. My Sapphire 5850 had no problems trying to show it as a second screen, but my TV just wouldn't show a picture. I tried changing the resolution in Catalyst Control Center, but not one of the dozen or so options made the TV show a picture. My TV's connections are YPbPr, so maybe that's the problem (even though it says in the description that it works w/that connection). Or maybe it's just time for me to get a new TV with HDMI and a long HDMI cable to my computer. Hello Christmas wish!
