Wow, new car smell in an office chair? Seriously, this chair is comfortable, so much so that I wanted to write this review today, the same day I got it and put it together. If my opinion changes after using it for awhile, I'll update accordingly, but right now it's awesome! Putting it together was easy, and the whole thing feels heavy and sturdy, yet it rolls around on my carpet surprisingly well. I would imagine on a hard surface it would feel like skating on ice. The lumbar pillow is just the right size for me, but I had to use "method one" in the instructions for the neck pillow. I'm 6'-4 250lbs, and I'm expecting the gas cylinder to not tolerate my weight all day based on what I've read, but for the last hour it's doing fine. The reclining feature was unexpected for me, not sure how I missed it, but you can lay nearly horizontal and not feel like you're going to tip over. The arm rests not only adjust up and down, but they slide in and out, getting my arms and hands closer to the desk, which for my situation makes it easier to type and navigate my work for long continuous periods. So far, 5 stars, no question.
Update 6/1/16 - Just wanted to say that after 4 1/2 months of almost daily use, this chair still rocks ... pun intended ;) One thing I should mention is that new car smell - it took the better part of two months to dissipate, and in the first couple weeks it became downright annoying, to the point that I turned the ceiling fan on just so I wouldn't have to smell it. Not enough to keep me from buying this chair again, but definitely worth noting.
Update 1/23/2019: Still very happy with this chair, but today I noticed the gas shock is sinking slowly over the course of the day. Took 2 1/2 years, but it's finally wearing out. I have since bought another DX Racer chair for my 2nd office, so neither chair gets 40 hour weeks, but you really can't beat the comfort of these things, even if I have to stand up 4 or 5 times a day to raise this one back up. As for the new car smell, the second one I bought wasn't nearly as bad as the first, only lasted a couple days and from the beginning wasn't as strong either.

I've had this chair for a few months and overall I do like it. Generally, I spend at least 6 hours a day in the chair telecommuting. The metal base and frame makes it very sturdy. The backrest of the seat is nice and firm but the actual seat cushion could be padded more. I've made due by placing a memory foam pillow on the seat for more cushion, but I'm disappointed that a $369 chair doesn't have adequate cushioning. Putting the chair together was fairly simple, although one of the plastic covers for the side of the backrest would not snap in (also disappointed that it was not metal).
Even with the flaws I still like my chair. I wish I didn't pay as much for it in this condition though...

I won't repeat the review as we ordered three in different colors, but will say:
1. Images are accurate in regard to color, etc. 2. Assembly isn't bad; once we got the first put together the other two were a breeze. Is easier to do with two people than one, especially toward the end when you have to lift the chair onto the support. These things are heavy. 3. Solid materials, I feel like these will last a long time
We did have one incident (user error) where someone (namely me) managed to tip the chair over backwards thinking it would lean more; oops. Totally my fault, but wanted to put it out there that it is possible to do without a ton of effort.

I got this and am a heavy gamer/computer user. I have used this for over a year and had some really long games on it. the piston gave out after about a year and I replaced that working great ever since. still seem to provide the same support or close to the same support as when I got it. I would get this again if I needed to however I have not needed to get a new gaming/office chair yet. Well worth the price tag of not having to see the chiropractor every week.

Brought this chair for my brother that games a lot on his computer. The chair is pretty heavy and takes a bit of time to setup. The quality seems pretty good and the material is great. The function of this chair has a great tilt which my brother uses a lot. He spends almost 6+ hours in the chair and he doesn't complain about anything. Due to the weight even with a low tilt you will feel safe and know that you wont fall backwards. Great product.
These chairs are awesome. The material is soft and comfy and the cushioning supports well. There is an included neck and lumbar pillow that I didn't know was included. I sat in the char and my back pain immediately went away. The increased wheel size of 3 in. offers far better tracking across my carpet than my previous chair with smaller wheels. The arms are extremely adjustable.
There biggest negative for the chair is the weight. The chair is thereby extremely cumbersome to move about. This is also a not a terribly bad thing though, because that weight is accompanied by an extreme sturdiness!
Bought for my son to use at his desk (for homework) but he also uses it for gaming. He absolutely LOVES the chair. He is 6'4" and thin, and the chair is very sleek and tall enough for his head to be supported. He loves all the positions you can put the chair in. I probably wouldn't get this one if you're not a very thin person - it's a pretty skinny chair.
