I got a M. It's perfect. I could have scrunched it a bit tighter to come up higher on the hips/waste but there isn't a ton of play to go up - there is more play to go down longer if you wanted. The strings seem to be too long regardless of how you wear it so once I actually get to wear this, I may cut/shorten the strings. With that said, I'm 5-2, 139 pounds. I purchased 2 colors. Quality is nice. I like that it's just the top (for female/bathroom options and I can choose my own bottoms). Recommended.

Pros:
Super cute pattern, just like photo. Seems quality and would last several seasons. It has built in bra pads so you don't need to wear anything underneath. It can double as a dress if you don't want to wear bottoms (wouldn't recommend lol)
Cons:
Super not flattering for the bust area, I feel flat or saggy. Hardly any support in that area and I feel like a grandma haha. The quarter zip isn't cute undone because there's like a bulky seam sticking out. Also I don't really like the top part with seams and lines and stuff, again it's not flattering. At least, not on me ;) will be returning, hope this helps someone.

I'm usually between a small and medium depending on the brand. I went with a medium here, and it fit snug in the right way. I'm so happy I don't have to wear a swim suit top or bra underneath. It has enough support. And it hides the extra "love" I developed from the past couple of years.. 😬 I tested the shirt on a river float (about 2 ½ hour float), and it actually prevented me from getting burned [see tan/burn line in photo]. I've already recommended this shirt to a friend. The only downside is that I wish there were a bigger variety of colors/patterns.
