I liked some of the stories that he told but do wish that he had dealt out more dirt. Not dirt on the wrestlers for the sake of gossip but just telling it like it is. He chose not to do this and that is his choice, just might have made a more interesting book as he would have seen a lot.
A good solid book by a worker that helped so many people over the years
I only know of George through his independent work within the last few years. However, I enjoyed the book a lot and I think wrestling fans who love behind-the-scenes stories will enjoy it too. It gives a small albeit entertaining glimpse of the life of a 'rassler.
George tends to be a little preachy in the book, but that's George! He loves Jesus, so you can't blame him for talking about Him. If you know anything about George at all, you will not be caught off guard by his Christianity in this book.
