This book is all about the story and light on the sex. Three rock God's a and the entertainment lawyer for her father's PR company.
The three rockers used to be best friends until a night of drunken stupidity tore it all apart. Now each of them have their own bands and a huge grudge. A fight lands them into a massive PR nightmare. It takes one woman to bring them all together.
Jacine Alexander returns to LA to aid her dad, Franklin, who has suffered a heart attack. She is saddled with 3 rock musicans who used to be band mates & now seem to be bitter rivals. The PR firm her dad owns represents all 3 musicans, so she is trying to save both their careers and the PR firm. Assisting her is entertainment lawyer, Tobias, who is also her dad's best friend. All 4 men (musicans & lawyer) want Jacine and she is drawn to each of them for different reasons. But she is trying not to mix business and pleasure, so that makes all 4 off limits! The musicians end up in jail and begin to mend their differences. One of the musicians, Rory, brings up the idea that all of them could be with her, that way with their touring schedules, Jacine wouldn't ever be alone. Crazy as the idea is they decide to give it a try and include Tobias (the lawyer) as well. When they present the idea to Jacine, she has her doubts but knows she can't choose between them. How will this work out? Will they get their HEA?
I received an ARC of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review.
This was a good reverse harem rock-star romance story. About 90 pages, no M/M, no cheating, no cliffhanger, steamy scenes and an HEA! This story does rotate chapters from different POV of the 5 main characters.
I think the book synopsis was good so i dont need to give my summary of it here. I really like that Jacine was a smart strong female lead. Even though she gives into passion with each man, she still shows a strong backbone and has a fierce tone and stern attitude when needed. I love that i never felt like she was 'rescued' by any of the men. Even though this book was short, i felt like there was enough buildup of her time and interaction with each man that the ending felt believable and perfect.
This is perfect for those that love reading quick romance novels with steam!
Jacine works in PR for her fathers company, used to dealing with flighty clients and sensitive situations she knows she can handle the rock star clients of her father. Due to a sudden illness Jacine has to step up and try to sort out the mess that has developed between 3 ex band members before the PR company gets drawn in.
Dealing with Tobias the lawyer and her dads best friend reignites all the feelings she thought she had buried, but she also finds herself attracted to Cole, Jersey and Rory the 3 rockers.
Will a way forward be able to be found as she knows she'll not be able to give up any of them.
I voluntary reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
