Margot just moved to NYC away from her parents and she finds a job at a bar as a waitress. But once the bartender takes off and leaves her on her first day she has impatient customers and no idea on how to do anything. She gets scared and runs into the bathroom. Once she comes back out she sees Jack doing the bar-tending. She has no idea who he is and he likes that. Margot has no friends or family in NYC so Jack offers to take her to Paris with him and his daughter to try and escape his ex-wife. She starts out as the babysitter for him until his wife catches up with him and the only thing he can think of is to get 'fake' engaged.
This was an ok read. The writing was decent. I would give it about 3.5 stars. I felt Margot was too easy going on somethings. Can't really go into detail without spoilers, but didn't feel the connection between them that I hoped would have been there. Just my honest opinion. This book is about 100 pages and the rest is bonus books. Can be read in an hour to a couple hours.

After the wedding she realizes that she can't continue going on this way and starts to ignore Jack and go out at night, just to keep away from him . Jack then realizes that he misses Margot and he has feelings for. When he goes to tell her this he discovers she is going out for the night.
Will he be too late to tell Margot how he really feels?
