It’s a good coffee table book (although on the small side, I stack it on my larger books) and makes a great conversation piece.
Even without the context of sports, this book has great pearls of wisdom for anyone. Also, the photographs are beautiful. Very candid and full of emotion.
I purchased it and made it a gift to my husband from our then unborn son, and he just thought it was adorable. Any dad would appreciate the thought and aesthetic in this book.
If I had to list a con, it didn’t have quite as many quotes as I expected, and they repeat the coaches (you’ll have a disproportionate number of quotes from the same people a few times). But I don’t think that takes anything away from the book, and still find it to be a five star product.
