As a self-described, “recovering workaholic”, Dagan is experiencing how much healthier life can be when one learns how to bring their identity to their work, rather than having their work serve as their identity.

As such, he enjoys his service in the financial industry, teaching, writing, and building upon his advanced scuba diver certification. He’s also an avid dual sport motorcycle rider, a licensed USCG boat captain, and excels at finding any excuse possible to get back to the beach.

Dagan lives in Augusta, Georgia with his wife and two older children, whom lovingly tolerate and encourage his varied passions.
