I have made over 10 of the recipes so far and each one has been a hit with my family. They do not miss the dairy, because the flavor profile is so tasty. So far two of our favorites have been the Peanut Chicken Zoodle Bowl and the Sesame Chicken Egg Roll in a bowl. My oldest son actually licked his plate after eating the Easy Cuban Picadillo and declared it "Hella Good!" Another note, while Kyndra's recipes in this book focus on nutrition and whole foods, she also creates recipes that are easy to put together. I love that! Her recipes make me feel like a great cook while putting healthy and flavorful meals on the table. A very satisfying feeling .
You do not need to be Keto or Dairy Free to enjoy this cookbook. These recipes (170 of them!) are an excellent addition to your meal repertoire. I'm excited to continue to cook my way through them. As noted by my picture, this book has many post its marking the recipes we've tried and loved, and the ones we are excited to make. I highly recommend this cookbook (and her others) to anyone who enjoys whole foods, cooking and flavor. You won't be disappointed.
The helpful tips are a nice touch, as are the macro breakdowns for each recipe. This is a well thought out resource - not just a cookbook!
