Dana Kinney is a long time resident of Tampa, Florida. From an early age, he was fascinated by those who not only possessed the capacity for great strength, but also compassion and decency. Self-educated in bodybuilding and weightlifting, Dana worked as a personal trainer while attending college at the University of South Florida. Over the years, Dana's training ideas have evolved and morphed into the minimalist training style he implements today.
Dana created 28Workouts because it is his belief that the exercise industry has made "getting fit", unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming, trendy and expensive. It is the mission of 28Workouts to prove that extraordinary fitness is for everyone, and can be had through uncomplicated, brief workouts, requiring minimal investments of time, money and energy.
