It takes Julia a few weeks longer to realize that a second trauma is being manufactured by Bill in order to control her.

    I've read books before on this topic, but this one not only makes it real, it provides so much useful information that helps victims and survivors of these predators come to terms with what happened and move past it all to a better future.
