The Dancer's Peril
Vesta (Alice Brady) has been raised by Marta Antonovitch, matron of the Imperial Ballet School of Saint Petersberg, becoming a sublime dancer. Her progress ever monitored closely by one of the school's patron, Grand Duke Alexis, who is secretly her father. Soon her skill is noticed by the shrewd and lascivious Michael Pavloff, the impresario of the Russian Ballet and she has a chance to dance in Paris but she cannot know the peril that her success may bring. 62 minutes with a theatre organ score by David Knudtson
