The Dango Dapper Wallet was designed for the sophisticated individual with an edge. We wanted to incorporate clean lines with contrasting materials and textures. From the boardroom, to a night out on the town, to a cruise down the coast, the Dapper Wallet is there by your side and has your back. It is offered in two color options: a Clear Anodized Aluminum Chassis, Black Silicone Band and either Golden Whiskey Brown Leather or Jet Black Leather with Stainless Steel Mil-Spec Bolts. Yeah it's a mouth full of stuff, but it comes together neatly in one sleek package.

I have seen videos in which people have accommodate up to 5 card in the main compartment and the aluminum plate stay flush. Not in my case. With three cards the pate stay flush and I can tell than if it is not flush everything is going to move and be kind of inconvenient. For me with three works perfect.
The silicon band is pretty rough and does not stick to you hand nor clothes so wallet slides in and out of the pocket with ease.
I use it in my back pocket when using jeans, no problem. It is ridgid but it is so small that does not bother me at all. In the front pocket when using slacks.
It looks clean and slick. I strongly recommended it if you do not carry many cards.
The one drawback is that it's narrower than American $ so you'll have to fold them in thirds if you're like me and don't want them flopping over the sides. The indent to push the cards out is a nice feature and - if you want - you can push your go-to out far enough to swipe it without removing it completely - very convenient and increases the cool factor too!
I've been carrying it for about a week now and I'm quite happy. I travel frequently for work, including to other countries. I haven't worked out yet how I'm going to deal with moving between the US, the UK and the EU, with three different currencies. That may be a challenge for this tiny wallet.
However, who cares. I've simplified and reduced what I'm carrying so that my pockets are stuffed as I walk out the door. That was the goal of getting this wallet and it worked well.
The issue is that it does ~not~ block RFID readers from snatching data off NFC cards inside the wallet. I had an unknown charge show up on one of the cards I had in this wallet last night. After canceling the card, ordering another, and disputing the charge, I tested the wallet against my SQUARE contactless card reader and it read the card right through the aluminum from both directions. I had the card sandwiched between four other cards, then moved it to the middle of the wallet with all four cards and the wallet's aluminum slab between the NFC card and the reader and it still read it without hesitation.
In all, this is a decent minimalist wallet that can also open bottles if that's what you're looking for, but it does ~NOT~ protect you from NFC card skimming.
They all seem to be basically the same. Sure I could have bought one for 20-40 bucks. It probably would end up being a pile of crap.
I'm not sure the real reason why I chose this one. But I am not disappointed. I like that they are hand made here in California.
I like the leather CNC hybrid concept. I bit the bullet and and ordered it. I was really excited for it show. I like it came with a paracord lanyard but I will end up using my spyderco one.
I highly recommend this. This isn't a gamble.
You honestly get what you pay for.
I will probably order the all black one soon. And stocking stuffers for all the dudes in my family.
I how ever am very worrisome about the band breaking over time. I hope I should be able to get replacement. And also the stitching. How it will old up. It was amazing touch.
I really appreciate the design and off set on the tones. I would say this was a very good addition to my EDC.
