About Danie Ford
Danie Ford writes books about the relationship between people and how love, life, and sex can screw everything up or make everything better. All her writing has some element of romance and features some element of food because, in her day job, Danie is a chef. She writes in a variety of genres - contemporary romance, family saga, dark romance, women's fiction, paranormal /fantasy, which feature a diverse cast of characters and scintillating heat.
She lives in her hometown of Detroit surrounded by friends and family. She always intends to make Christmas cookies and homemade gifts but doesn't always get around to them because of her crazy schedule. When she's not writing or cooking she's crocheting or reading - always doing something creative to stay inspired. While she's not great at juggling, Danie always has at least two projects in the works with more waiting in various stages of planning.
Her books represent the concepts and values she was raised on - blood doesn't make family, love does and that the only way to spell the word family is l-o-v-e. Danie was taught that words have power and decided to use her words to reflect the world as she knows it and spread some of the joy she gets from reading.

A man learning what love is…
Tech mogul and closet jazz musician, Grant Thornton needed a husband to get past the codicil in his grandfather's will. It was supposed to be a simple business transaction. Only love wasn't part of the bargain and Grant doesn't know if he loves Tristan or the things he does to his body.

As a former Marine and Michigan State Trooper turned chocolatier, Tristan is used to going after and fighting for what he wants.
