I've done another since then and I read it periodically, even when I'm not fasting. God has truly gifted Susan to teach His people concerning this fast and the many spiritual benefits to be had. I've recommended it to several people.
In the past fasting had been very difficult for me but doing it while learning principles, sound doctrine, and especially pracitical advice, helped me tremendously. I plan to do this fast at least once a year or more as the Spirit leads.
