Update: The seller was very cooperative and offered me a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement because I really like these boots. They paid for the return shipping, and in less than a week I received my new boots. Excellent customer service!
My only complaint would be that the laces broke, but that may have had something to do with the fact that I was in Afghanistan and they probably were "overused" or dried out.
They have great ankle support. If you're thinking about buying those Nike boots and have weak ankles, I would strongly advise against it.
