If you're going to San Francisco, be sure to wear some horns on your head! Daredevil and the Black Widow ditch New York City and head out West to get some peace, love and appreciation. No, scratch that: They'll face new challenges and classic villains alike - including Electro, Killgrave the Purple Man and Mister Fear - all courtesy of Gerry Conway and the unmatched art team of Gene Colan and Tom Palmer! Then, Steve Gerber introduces adversaries weirder than anything on Haight-Ashbury. The Dark Messiah and Angar the Screamer lead the charge, until Stilt-Man struts his way across the Golden Gate! It's all topped off with a crossover co-starring the Avengers and X-Men, a Spidey team-up and a fight with Kraven the Hunter that soon turns decidedly cosmic! Collecting DAREDEVIL (1964) #87-107 and AVENGERS (1963) #111.
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I had heard from other corners of the internet that Matt in the 70s was a sexist jerk, so I was a little worried when picking this up, but at the same time was also curious how his time with Natasha went since she is a large part of his life. Their adventures are wild, dated, and a little memorable but maybe not for the reasons put forth when these issues were originally published. I enjoyed this run more than I thought and the art is good, though it is sad to see Romita leave very early on in. Other than that it's fine, not the worst but certainly not groundbreaking or epic like other runs. And that's ok.
I've had problems with these books from Amazon before, then it was more badly packaged books, these latest 2 books were damaged before they were packaged, probably not stored very well, but still sent out in this condition, packaging wasn't damaged so obviously this is how they were packaged, which isn't really acceptable for a company like Amazon. The problem is I could have purchased 2nd hand books, cheaper if I wanted to, and probably got better condition books, but I purchased 'new' books, and these books aren't cheap at £30 a book, so you expect a new book to arrive in a 'new' condition. The content in the books are a solid 10/10, but Amazon quality is 4/10, not too impressed.

Great books but Amazon quality is getting much worse!
