After I replaced the corks in my antique s&p shakers, what fun we had with the rest! There is such a wide variety of sizes in this collection you have plenty for crafting. Makes such cute dolls and animals. you tube has tons of other ideas. I'll start using "real" wine now instead of the screw cap stuff lol. These are quite expensive for what it is. If you need a special size for grandma's salt shaker from the 1800's I'll bet you will find one you can easily make fit.

Many Sizes Available in One Bag

I had a 8mm military surplus rifle that had some rust inside the barrel. I needed to use some rust removing chemical to get rid of the rust. But I didn't want the chemical to leak out and run the risk of removing the blue finish on the barrel. I used the corks to seal the barrel to prevent chemical from accidentally leaking out . I used one piece of cork to block the chamber, and I poured rust removing chemical into the barrel. And then I used another cork to seal the muzzle end of the barrel.

Good thing is that the bag of corks comes with many different sizes of corks. I found one that was one size bigger, and I used it to block the chamber. And I also found another one that was slightly bigger, and I used i to seal the muzzle end.

I bought these for some vintage salt and pepper shakers and all are too big for that purpose. But they are good corks for various size bottles. They are assorted sizes so if you had and unusual size needed these would be a good gamble.

Lightweight corks with chunks missing from some of them

These corks are very lightweight compared to other corks of similar sizes, and several of them had chunks of various sizes fall off or completely missing from them. These will work for for any craft application which does not rely on aesthetics or durability.

OMG assorted corks. I actually only needed two of one size, but I considered the extra cost worth it so i didnt have to hunt for the right size. Now, I have a million different size corks that i can use to cork various things. I'm very happy and the quality seems more than acceptable for any reasonable application exept space travel.

My reason for purchase and use was the replacement of cork-stopped pepper shaker. That's all, just used one cork of the package. Now I have 35 extra corks for whenever they come in handy. I am not a cork 'connoisseur' nor do I require corks in most other aspects of my life, so I am not the most deeply knowledgeable regarding what constitutes a great cork, but I feel confident in recommending them for "light use" applications and feel they would be fine for arts & crafts, in general. [The packaging is kind of flimsy, though: all the corks were loose in the box Amazon put them in (with a second item) by the time it was delivered because the cellophane [original] bag split during transit. Now they reside in a small zip-lock storage bag; no big deal, really. Just an "FYI." ]
