*Look* (4/5) : These look pretty fine for a cheap, small tool. The bright colours make them easy to find in a clutter of materials, and the knives as a set look aesthetically pleasing. The plastic, however, does look somewhat flimsy and cheap.
*Usability* (4/5) : I bought these to cut EVA foam with, and these did the task perfectly--for a while. By the end of cutting several large pieces out of a mat of foam, the blade on the largest knife was considerably dull and required much more effort to drag through the foam. The plastic, while not solid-looking, holds up well under grip and fit my hand comfortably throughout cutting. The black clip is fine, though nothing particularly sturdy. The different sizes are great for varying with material changes.
*Durability* (2/5) : These blades didn't last long for me. Two out of the three are dulled beyond usability, and the third is left for small details. If replacement blades were included, I would be all for these holders, given that I loved the different sizes.
*Price* (5/5) : For so cheap, getting three knives is definitely worth it, even if they do not hold up well. If you're not cutting extensively and are doing only small projects, they'll last a while.
They feel a little cheap on the plastic. The catches to keep the blades locked don’t feel all that strong and occasionally unlock. But they are reasonably priced for what they are.
All in all they have been fit for purpose and sliced thru papers, cardboards, and similar with ease. Would buy again.
If you are right handed I’m sure these are easier for your use than if you are a lefty, but that’s just something us left handed folk are used to. The right side of all blades is bulkier so not as easy to cut accurately.
