From the Author
The Dark Gardenwas my first full-length novel. As someone who has been involved in the kink community for most of my adult life, I love being able to open this worldto people who may be unfamiliar with it.
Rowan was afascinating character to write-there's so much of me in her. AndChristian Thorne is my perfect dominant-the kind of man who will spank you untilyou cry, then wipe your tears away. Hestill makes me shiver. :)
I hope you enjoyreading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it! Meanwhile, stalk me online-I love my readers! Sign up for my newsletterto see exclusive snippets from my upcoming books, find out about bookreleases, contests and more!

In addition to Rowan and Christian's story we get to meet April, a newbie to the BDSM world and a very deep submissive. She has been trying to catch the eye of a certain dominant, but isn't sure if once she does if it is a good thing or a bad thing.
The two stories merge and wind together with April and Rowan's friendship. They share many heart to hearts that helped me to understand the mindset behind both roles. This attempt at understanding and opening people's eyes was one of my favorite things about the entire book. Now, I don't want to underscore the amazing sex that both couples get to experience. Eden Bradley has quite a way with words in that respect.
My only real complaint about the book was the ending. It came up quickly and ended very abruptly for me. I would have liked to see the decisions made take a little more "action" and spread out over another couple chapters. I don't want to discourage anyone from reading these by any means. I plan on picking up a few of her books in a vampire BDSM series soon.
Also really enjoyed April's story as well.
This is my first book to read by Eden Bradley & I will definitely be reading more for her.
This is a wonderful story of hurt, longing, learning of oneself and what happens when you get there.
