If you like poetry or you are just looking for a quick light read I would suggest this collection for you.
I had liked the mood of the cover page for this collection. I thought the poems might be of similar taste and quality. I both read and write poetry and love to take in new work but like everyone else, I have preference to style and subject. Here's some facts that might help you when deciding to take a chance on an unknown author:
- They favor rhyming poetry, especially end line rhyme. Not all the pieces are end line rhyme but that's a prominent in this.
-There are 5 poems in total: Sea Wurm, Red River, Confusion, Bloody Hands, Butterfly.
And based on my own opinion, the work is amateur. In other words, it has potential but needs a lot of work, as far as content and execution. I don't know the age of the author, but it would seem that this subject matter chosen would most appeal to people around 12-18 years of age.
I didn't rate it a 1 star, because I think they have potential but for my own tastes, I have no interest in it.
