This is the first and only book from the ENTIRETY of the "Death Metal" series which has really been interesting and well-executed from start to finish.
The art is perfectly matched to the story--which changes art style when the story jumps between comic eras. The story not only has an impact on previous material, it sets up the entire future of the future in a beautiful way.
My ONLY two complaints are that the resolution seems kinda easy, in a sense, and that the FINAL page should have needed differently--in my opinion--for a REALLY poetic punch.
Still, it's was a great book and I highly recommend it to anyone
