I Read all three books in the series within a couple of weeks. Does that tell you anything about liking them? They were wonderful, great characters and I really liked the humor injected about the Past-Death in a human world and the feelings of Deidra in Hell! Great writing.
I keep thinking that if Lizzy can write a book a month I really need Underworld , now!! Cannot stop thinking of the story and characters and where I hope they go! Need to finish this or I will die of curiosity! Good Read.
I truly love the story. I enjoy the entertaining & creative worlds and characters.
However, the overall poor editing and overuse of 'eye rolling' disappoint me.
After reading part 3, I have a new and more serious complaint. This story should've been one book. Sadly, it was split into several parts. I was initially ok with that until I realized that part 3 was mostly a regurge of part 2 with very little new content, and to top it off it didn't even continue the story at all. Part 3 leaves off exactly where part 2 did.
Part 2 & 3 should've just been combined, esp. as short as they both were.
I absolutely love Lizzy's stories..but I'm NOT loving the way they are marketed. Instead of feeling like I read something really great..I just feel disappointed.
I hope the next Lizzy story is complete and polished so I can truly enjoy it without any complaints. Perhaps I'm being too hard..but I guess I expect better from someone so talented.
Despite everything, I still would recommend, because the story is well worth it regardless.
Overall this was a good read. Sadly it ends the same way as book two. I guess we have to wait for book four to find out what happens.
I definitely would recommend this series!!!
