I've been following her wholefoods blog for years, but holding her book in my kitchen feels like holding her wisdom in my hands. Besides, it just feels much better cradling a book than a laptop.
Favourites so far?
- sweet potato & kale latkes with poached eggs (speedy supper)
- Peanut Brown Rice Patties which uses leftover cooked brown rice with quinoa flakes and peanuts. My kids wolfed them last night.
- kale slaw with honey miso dressing (The Snazz)
- Gluten free flatbread that chars and bubbles like it should! (My dahl will be taken to another cosmology now)
- Gluten-free sourdough starter (ingenious).
- dark chocolate coconut bites (better than Bounty Bars)
