If you are on the fence about getting one of these, GET ONE. It really is as easy as it sounds to have a perfectly cooked egg, no guesswork. If you're particular about egg yolks like me and like them soft but not runny or raw, I've attached an image of a perfectly soft boiled egg that was cooked as directed (I timed it, this one was 11mins. You don't have to time it at all as the buzzer will go off, just for reference). Just have an ice bath ready next to the cooker and let the eggs sit for a minute or two in there...peels come right off :) Makes healthy eating a breeze in the morning! Where has this been all my life!??!?

What a cute little gadget to have in the kitchen. It's super small and doesn't take up much space at all. I was excited to use it when it arrived. The first thing I tried to make was an omelette. I broke 2 eggs I got out of the fridge and followed the instructions. My egg came out completely raw after it finished. I tried it again the next day and again, raw. However, I found out that it was my mistake. It was still raw because I got cold eggs from the fridge to use so make sure you use an egg at room temperature for optimal results. The third time I made an omelette with a room temperature egg, it came out perfectly! Making boiled eggs, omelettes and poached eggs have been a breeze thus far. The only problem I would say I have with this is the sound it makes when your egg is done. It's annoyingly loud, but some people might like it. Highly recommended!By Vuong Ly on July 20, 2019

NOT “rust proof” as advertised

I purchased this product less than a year ago. It began to appear as though it’s rusting. It comes with an insert that claims that it will not rust. I have tried cleaning it with the recommended vinegar solution. I have also tried using a magic eraser. Included is a picture of the product currently, after all efforts to clean it. Tried reaching out to the company’s support staff about my issue and received no reply. Would greatly appreciate some sort of reply from Dash. Product worked great before it rusted. Now my eggs come out with brown spots on them.

Perfect hard boiled eggs every time!

One of my trainers recommended I buy this since she makes hard boiled eggs daily. After reading the reviews at first I was iffy since a lot of people were complaining about it getting dirty after using it or it being difficult to clean. Hard boiled eggs are a pain (in my opinion) to make all the time so I figured I would still buy it since it was pretty inexpensive. I am so happy that I did! The instruction booklet explains how to make lots of different eggs, I however have only tried hard boiled so far. They come out 100% perfect every single time as you can see in the picture. As for the device it does get dirty after using it but I am able to easily clean it with water or vinegar & water after each use (or two if I’m being lazy) and it’s brand new! I would highly recommend this to anyone!
