I think the author did an awesome work designing the ClusLib framework. Everything is explained clearly and in a very organized way. I just love this book. All the book is a like a big example for non-professional programmers (although I think you should have some basic knowledge in C++), so that you can learn more C++ at the same time you understand Data Clustering.

According to the Preface:
"It took me a long time to implement my first clustering algorithm. The clustering programs I wrote at that time were just C programs written in C++. It has taken me years to learn how to use the powerful C++ language in the right way. With the help of this book, readers should be able to learn how to implement clustering algorithms and how to do it in a better way in a short period of time"

I totally agree.
