It's not a gourmet meal, its not a double chocolate cake or fine cheese. It's a package of small vacuume packed, individually packed "cookies". Probably like nothing you have ever eaten, unless your from England. In each package are smaller "cookies" each one is individually wrapped, but not sealed for long term. Once you opener outer wrapper, you will need to eat them within a few days. Each "cookie" is 200 calories, which is very important IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY OTHER FOOD TO EAT, AND ARE IN A SURVIVAL SITUATION!!!!!!!!
Most people will never be in a survival situation without food and water. However if you are these are a fine substitute when you need to stay alive. They are inexpensive and have a good shelf life. No parent wants to see their children hungry or thursty, be prepared. Buy a single pack, try them before you stock up.
Here's my thoughts on many of the reviews on this company's products from the unintelligent 1 star reviewers. If you receive yours with a broken seal or a short expiration date, send it back for a replacement. Read the ingredients before you buy, if you don't like what it's made of DONT BUY IT then complain. When you and your family are faced with going without ANY food because something has gone terribly wrong , snow, hurricane, fire or power outage, you WILL eat things you don't care for to stay alive. I even saw a review complaining it wasn't " very healthy and Gluten free", obviously this person has never truly been hungry. If you want to really see how good they are, pick a day and don't eat any thing else but the "cookies" and water. By 3 p.m.Read more ›
Only one complaint : the plastic wrapper for the cookie is hard to open.
Should have a tap or tear point for the user to break it without making the cookie broke to pieces.
Will buy again.
