**Mountaineers Books designates 1 percent of the sales of select guidebooks in our Day Hiking series toward volunteer trail maintenance. Since launching this program, we’ve contributed more than $14,000 toward improving trails.
For this book, our 1 percent of sales is going to Washington Trails Association (WTA). WTA hosts more than 750 work parties throughout Washington’s Cascades and Olympics each year, with volunteers clearing downed logs after spring snowmelt, cutting away brush, retreading worn stretches of trail, and building bridges and turnpikes. Their efforts are essential to the land managers who maintain thousands of acres on shoestring budgets.

7/14/21 - I was able to track down the publisher, Mountaineers Books, and spoke with them regarding the missing and duplicated pages. They graciously mailed me another book (free of charge) that is complete and I am very happy. This book is invaluable when planning a hiking trip to the Mount Rainier area. It's small but mighty. Thank you Mountaineers Books for your help in resolving this issue.
I’ve had this book for almost a month and have been highlighting trails of interest as I research for my upcoming trip in August. I just realized tonight that I’m missing pages 137 through 152. The binding is full so I wasn’t clued in that there was an issue. Beginning where page 137 should be, pages 129-136 are repeated, followed by the Cayuse Pass section and then a second helping of the Cayuse Pass section. I’m missing half of the trail info for the Greenwater/Crystal Mountain area.
