I bought this blower to circulate cold air from the bottom of the kegerator refrigerator into the top of the draft tower to keep the tower cold and get less foamy pours. I used 3/4-inch hose intended for a boat livewell aerator, purchased from the nearest Academy Sporting Goods store. I used a conduit fitting from Lowes to connect the hose to the blower, and I cut off the female end of an extension cord for a power cord, running it through the tower opening in the top of the refrigerator. The blower sits on the bottom of the refrigerator on some folded up rubber shelf liner from Walmart to eliminate any vibration noise.

It all works great at reducing foam, and by purchasing the parts as described, I saved over $100 compared to going through kegerator supply stores on-line. This is the exact brand and model that they sell for that purpose.

Purchased this Dayton 1TDN2 blower to repair a twenty-five year old medical device. This was a direct replacement for the original Dayton blower that had failed. Screw holes lined up exactly as the original, and the blower worked like a champ without issues. Saved another piece of equipment destined for the trash heap and put it back into full operation. We expect another twenty-five years of life for this blower.
