I work out regularly at home and at the gym and this book pokes some fun at fitness and the gym.
It made me laugh. I will definitely look for more books by this author. Plus it was free on my Kindle, but now I'm hooked I will buy others.
A very well written book with a lot of lighter moments to counter the darker ones. I don't know anyone who obsesses about aging like Aggie does ... Aggie's description of Fit and Trim turned me off gym's forever .... Her research of poisons was enough to make me look into products I use every day and take for granted they are safe.... Eye opener for sure. Her perservance to find Holly's killer was great. I would like to see more of Sam and for Meredith to get her own story. All in all, a great read. Will be reading more of this authors work....

West's main characters' histories suggest they could fill a series. I hope so. I love this book!
