I bought this guitar primarily for design, from the beginning I liked the texture camouflage and worthy thing, arrived in good condition, I think it is an excellent option to practice at home, guitar sound is good and for the Cost is a very good option much better than other beginner guitars that are at greater cost, the floyd rose guitar stays in tune very well in my case, that's what I like most, but do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who like design and want a good guitar
for the price amazon is givin this thing away you cant go wrong....if your expecting a top notch guitar of course not but my god for the money i spent on it im amazed at what i have sitting here...and this is coming from a guy who owns a Micheal schenker artist series flyin v..<----look it up
this guitar i am not ashamed to put it in my collection next to my MSD....my tremolo arm works fine too...sorry for the person before me who's came messed up
Just received the Dean Vendetta 2.0 Camo. The Pick up switch is shorted and the handle does not fit into the tremolo at all. The Body is well made and the neck is very nice. The hardware is definitely in need of improvement. I am going to contact Dean with the warranty issues. Hopefully their customer service will fix the problems. I will let you know.
Update...I removed the Volume and Tone cover plate and found that the pickup selection switch was grounded by the wire shield mesh. So I simply lifted and separated the wires and the issue was solved. Also, with the whammy bar, I wrapped a piece of fine sand paper around the end that inserts into the Floyd Rose and spun it until i removed all of the black paint. It fits like a glove now. The sound that this guitar produces is very good on my Line 6 120 amp. Later on I will replace the pick ups with a set of Seymour Duncan SH2 SH4. You cannot beat this deal on a guitar of this quality.
