They know once Florida discovers they were not there they will come after them for what they did to Liet. After they recoup from their losses they make plans to help the people in Florida to escape from the “Families” and get their lives back.
Krista is one tough girl and I was glad to see that she finally took the initiative to stand up to Liet once and for all well not that she hadn’t in the past but she did take some of it so that she could survive until the time was right to really fight back. Krista showed Liet that she was some pansy little girl that was just going to buckle down and be afraid of him and do exactly as he said. Oh no, Krista will never stand for someone taking over her life and controlling her. She won’t let a zombie take control of her so she is not going to let a human do it either.
As I’ve said before I love zombies and I have loved following along with Krista, Quinn and all the other characters on their journey of taking back their world from the zombies and the people who want to control them. I loved the world that the author has created for Krista and her friends along with the ones who want her dead like the zombies do. I would love to see Death to the Undead on the big screen and can’t wait to read more about Krista, Quinn and the rest of their friends. Oh and the zombies to of course.
The story concept was great, the young-lings hard to keep from wanting to throw in a fire.
LOL, Anyone under 40? 30 would most likely love this!
Krista and Quinn have a few friends left in Florida who need help staging their own takeover. They are tired of The Families lying to them and are ready to do something about it. I don't want to give so much away about this book because it has some exciting developments. Most of them have to do with the awful Leit. All Krista and Quinn want to do is liberate Florida and have some alone time. Young love is hard to find in the land of the zombies.
Another amazing book from Pembroke Sinclair. I have enjoyed this zombie series so much and hate when the book ends. The only thing better would be more books in this series. You know the characters very well by now and you want them to succeed. All books don't have happy endings but this one will not disappoint.
Quinn and Krista both have the same goal which makes them the perfect pair to follow in this story. It is important that they make people aware of what is really going on in order to be successful in their mission. Krista refuses to let anything and/or anyone from getting in her way from doing such.
North Platte goes under a threat from both the zombies and The Families. Krista, being the heroine, needs to tell people of her discovery. Though, this puts her in a dangerous situation which results in her being captured.
In captivity, Krista receives answers to the questions she(and the readers) desperately wanted to find out. However, sometimes having answers may not be a good thing. What she finds out makes Krista second guess the people she has trusted which ultimately leads to the obstacles she must face to be even more difficult.
Traitors and allies are found in the unlikeliest of people which makes this sequel full of twists and turns. The book is fast pace making you not wanting to put the book down. Death to the Undead has everything a good sequel needs and I completely recommend this book to everyone.
