What an encouragement! This daily dose of Cherie from The Queen of Free is just what I needed. There are so many great nuggets of food-for-thought throughout this delightful book and Cherie is there the whole way walking you through it. While the book is intended for those who want to pay off debt, I find the basic concepts of so many of the daily notes apply to just about any struggle you may be facing.

This is a great little book to read. Perfect for when you have a few minutes to read a chapter. It's quick to read and the words are well chosen and so inspiring, that I wished I had some debt!

I was so sad when the book came to an end. I'll be looking forward to more words of wisdom, in the future.

Thank you, for sharing your inspirational insight, by writing this book.

I'm not currently battling a bundle of financial debt, but these principles (and enthusiastic support) apply to more than just money! It's good to be reminded to do, not just dream; to encourage, rather than whine; and to make your life (and other's lives when you can) a journey of joy and hope that will ripple beyond boundaries of space and time. Curtsy, Queen!

A great book if you need a good pep talk and inspiration to attack your debt Dragon. I love that term, debt Dragon. Great advice from real experience. I would recommend this book to anyone feeling discouraged when trying to pay off debt.

I've been a reader of Cherie's blog for years, and reading this e-book was like having Cherie in my living room as I read. Her words are true- she makes you take an honest look at yourself and your spending habits.... and she keeps talking to you anyway. She weaves spiritual truth in with the reality of "if you don't have it, don't spend it". This is the perfect e-book as we head into the holidays, a season wrought with consumerism and overspeanding. Get the book, read the book, and keep her words in your head while you focus on what really matters.

As someone who is probably the same age as the author and in the same stage of life as well, this book resonated with me. You get your first "real" job, you are earning a paycheck and what is great- no parents to tell you how to spend your hard earned money. You go a bit wild, you overindulges. Next thing you know you have your first credit card. You are charging this and financing that. It feels good. In that moment.
Then years later your spending habits have not matured and you have nothing to show for it. You are stuck, you are alone.
This was me before I started reading and immersing myself in the simple and not sugarcoated ways to get rid of debt and live a happy and giving life.
Where did I get my tips? By following the Queen of Free. She personifies my life, my struggle and my worries. She was able to 'slay her debt' out loud and in the open. Her transparent tips of success and failure, stresses and rewards are real, raw and doable.
Quit saying "someday when we can...." and start saying "I can do this now because I ..."
A great buy and an inspiring read!
