I would say I liked the book...but more in the way I like exercise and eating my vegetables. I like the results. Sitting in the couch with a tub of ice cream would be way more fun.
Forgiveness is hard work. Kay's book give no false promises that this would be easy, but shows how forgiveness, healing and reconciliation are all possible when held under the umbrella of love.
It's so good to be able to walk in forgiveness and not feel any more like I've picked up the weight of the offender's consequences on my own shoulders because I have released them from their debt.
