anything HDMI or SDI in to anything HDMI or SDI out. even does the odd frame rate conversions like 25p->59.94i. real life saver when dealing with older and picky HD gear that will only take certain signals. it also supports almost any flavor of frame aspect conversion too.
What confused me at first was that it allows you to set outputs to some of the inputs, but that just converts or passes through the signal, without scaling it. What I needed for my use case was to use the scaler to adjust the frame rate.
Once understood, everything works great!
Where it falls down is that it's difficult at best to navigate the menus, and setup via the free app on their website is WAY easier. It's still not super clear, but its is obvious.
