Told in alternating 3rd person
First book I read in the series. The other blurbs didnt catch my attention so i figured I could always go back, but I won't be. Theres nothing special that stants out and makes me want to read more, specially when it was hard just to finish this book.
The prologue showed promise but the h turned out to be a weak character and a little crazy.
Spoilers
She finally get what she wanted but cant trust it even though every one around her tells her ssd he can. She has daddy issues and her mom treats her like sh*t but it's not like any of it was new so I found it annoying.
There is communication about the fall out. He never explained turning her away it just jumps to s*x. And it's bad s*x scenes at that. Oh ya, wow, I'm going to come. Every time, no variety in it or the words used to describe it. I could care less about these scenes but they were so bad I couldnt help noticing.
Were told they were best friends but we dont see much of it and I dont feel the connection cause shes busy pushing him away and he doesnt even seem like a guy in love.
I'm guessing at least 1 other book takes place at the same time as this 1. The books say interconnected but I felt like I was missing stuff since there is so many things brought up about others. And omg there is so many people, kind of to many people to try to keep at all straight.
