I bought this to see the difference between matte and gloss, and to have a few brushes to start a project.
I had never used MP before, it was pretty fun and simple. Just look up tutorials, press out bubbles, and wait for it to dry before adding another layer.
The large brush in this set is only about 2 fingers wide. Additionally the handle has poked through the foam after a few coats. Maybe I'm not gentle enough with it, probably fine for small projects.
The gloss version has a stronger smell than the matte. Not chemical, but unpleasant.
Note that I used both bottles to complete a 4 square foot surface (2 feet by 2 feet) with approximately 6 thin coats (a layering project), 48sqft total. Your milage may vary.
