"Not going to lie, I spent the entire day with my nose buried in my Kindle, eagerly tapping the pages and ignoring life, from page one until the end." --Wicked Reads
"So many adjectives I could use for this book; soulful, dirty, gripping, honest and most of all, it's full of heart and it brought every emotion to the fore. I'm stone cold in love with this author's writing and desperate for more." --OMG Reads
"I love this story. I would be happy if every book I opened gave me the feelings this one does. I loved the pain, the hurt, and the jealousy. The sexual tension is palpable. It's an extraordinary journey of two men trying to figure out their feelings for each other." --Amy's MM Romance Reviews
"I fell so hard for this book and for these characters." --Diverse Reader

Great characters, great plot, great slow burn, great sexytimes, great angst, great dialog. Honestly, great everything. Other writers who try to write about musicians (Raleigh Ruebins, I'm looking at you) should read this book. Nearly everything about the music industry is spot on. I only have two little quibbles.....
The timeline of writing/creating an album's worth of songs, recording, releasing, promoting and touring is wayyyyy too truncated in Dedicated. Six months for the whole third album cycle and 9 months for the whole 4 album process is unrealistic. Also, nearly every performer will tell you that the lights on the stage are so bright that they can hardly see the audience, much less pick out and/or talk to specific people. There are exceptions (daytime, outdoor shows or a super close pit with no barricade), but Les' habit of calling out to people in the crowd.... probably not realistic. I've been on stage with bands/singers a few times. The audience is just a big morass.
But two tiny quibbles in a whole book?? If that's it, that's really good for me. I loved Dedicated and can't wait for the rest of the series.
Oh, and the cover pic of Les looks A LOT like Adam Lambert, so, bonus points!!!
I loved Les! He’s so sweet and clueless and damaged. I alternately wanted to hug then slap him. Evan wasn’t so easy to like. He’d camouflaged his feelings for so long that even he didn’t realize how much he needed and loved Les. It was a ways into the book before I realized Evan just needed hugs too (Les still needed kicks though, almost to the very end).
I really enjoy a good rocker romance and this one delivered.

What was truly beautiful was how I found myself longing to be able to hear them play, to put music to the lyrics that we got a brief insight into. I was sucked in further and found myself 100% invested in the story.
That depth, I did not expect. The angst and pull on my heartstrings, I did not expect. Not after those first couple of dry chapters. So to anyone who finds the same - KEEP READING! It is worth it!
I loved this slow burn love story, that had me anxious at times as the two struggled to find there connection and hold onto it. The ending was perfect, sooo romantic.
Men who love men✔️
What more could you ask for you may wonder, let me say, nothing!
Evan and Les were awesome. I loved Les, he was just a lost soul. So in love with Evan and unable to have his straight band mate.
So what does he do? Yep! He plays up. Badly.
The only reason this book didn’t get 5 stars (although very close) was 2 things, 1 was Evans reaction to what went down, I mean sure, be angry for a little while, but damn, talk about over the top. I suppose it was just the final straw apparently. The other was a lack of epilogue, it finished ok, but I would have loved a little more. Otherwise I absolutely loved this book.
