Excellent addition to a gourmet kitchen, used it once and it added great flavour. Put it a glass jar with a super tight lid (lined with a plastic/silicone ring) and forgot about it.
Went to get it today (many, many months later) and the surface is crawling with some minuscule beetles, eggs that were in the ground powder and hatched?
We have travelled to many third world countries as well as living in the tropics so it is not a shocker whatsoever (that is why we still give it 3 stars for flavour) but nevertheless the manufacturing facilities of this product and their procedures are questionable.
Just wanted to share our experience with other potential users.
