If you like cyberpunk and are looking for a good series, then you can stop searching because this is it. It has all of the best parts: a futuristic dystopia run by megacorps, hard hitting action, daring criminals running heists on the edge of society, hacking and netrunning in the matrix, cybernetic enhancements, even the great slang. It’s all here. On top of that you get compelling characters and great writing. Honestly, if you love cyberpunk just buy the whole series, cuz the first book is just going to leave you desperate for more.

Great start, liked the characters and the way they were portrayed and interacted, and the entire vibe the whole way through. My only real complaint is that the story ends too soon. I'm guessing the story picks up in book 2 but this kind of feels more like the opening to a book than a complete short story or novella. Still, worth it and I already bought the next two books.
