The plot moved along nicely, and character arcs are maturing.
Sexy times are on point and there's even DP!! Yay. 👍👍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I love how Samara is so confident in her sexuality and just asks for it. No shame. No regret. Love it, and I wish more female characters were this sexually confident.
My ONLY caveat with the entire progression of the story is Kage. I just can't see him as part of the harem. For as old as he is (and yes, i understand his previous ownership) I don't see him as a lover. He should have stayed as the "friend" or symbiote? Like Dobby from H.P. He's VERY insecure and acts a bit "young" for me to be comfortable with him being in the harem. The extreme insecurity level of Kage is NOT a sexy trait for a lover. So, I'm not a fan of that inclusion even though I saw it coming.
Overall, I'm very interested in seeing where this goes and will gladly pick up book 3.
This book burns so fast. I spent most of the night up reading this book. I could not put it down. I loved every moment of this book. The hippo joke made me almost wake up my husband who was sleeping next to me. I am so torn with Val in this book. I know he loves Samara, but he is going about it all the wrong ways. I can't wait until book three is released.
