A word to the wise- this is a *tool.* It is not a substitute for professional help. This book isn't going to fix all your problems, but it will help you manage your anger in a healthy way in addition to other tools, like your faith or a professional counselor. I personally liked the faith-based perspective, but it is easy to filter that out and get only the practical advice if Christianity isn't your thing. Its kind of like throwing the baby out with the bath water to rate the book low just because you didn't know it was religious-based. -_-
