Awesome dash cam! very easy to use. This was exactly what I was looking for, "just in case" of an accident, or capture something cool. Quality of the camera is excellent, as well as great video quality. Price is a key factor as I did not want to spend several hundred dollars. The video is also excellent even in night and I couldn't be happier. I will update after I have used the dash cam for a couple weeks or longer.

This item is junk. DO NOT BUY IT..... Worked for 2 1/2 months, now all it does is power cycle on and off. There is no way to contact the seller or manufacturer for warranty if there is even one.

We found this hard to understand, and the instructions are very poorly written. It's clear that whoever wrote them didn't have a good command of English. Also, the cameras seemed to switch on & off by themselves, and we never figured out why. You get what you pay for.

I wish I could return this camera. It's the worst. It shuts off randomly while you're driving. I checked all the settings and the support for it, but it still shuts off at random time intervals. I tried to work with it for a while, which was my mistake, because I missed the return window. Terrible product.

Useless camera after 2 months! Purchased 3 cameras for my 3 vehicles. One of them now has a white screen. Doesn't work! Completely useless. Is this a common feature in your products? I am now stuck with a useless camera! Sort it out!!!

Constantly turned on and off. Kept telling me to install sd card even after installing new card and formatting it would say install sd card.

Chinese garbage.
Instructions are terribly translated.
Shuts off on its own.
Sometimes it won't shut off.
Sometimes turns on/off, on/off, on/off, and so on.
Randomly says no memory card.
Won't store correct date/time.

Very bad right out of the box. Video would switch from good to upside down and very grainy. Motion doesn't work at all. The impact feature would require your car to be backed over to come on.

I just love this dashcam so much. This is my second dash cam, compared to the other one, the video quality is much better and the price is lower. It is really an awesome product.
