    Great sushi making kit! We have made sushi twice since just receiving it and it was so fun and easy to make for the whole family. We used the mats wrapped with Saran for easy cleaning and the ability to make rolls inside out, the molds which work really well, the knife is sharp and makes clean cuts- just wipe and wet as needed, and various pieces from the kit. Great for beginners, fun, easy, paid for itself already!

Easy to follow instructions, very nice rollers with a very very sharp knife which came in handy for making the thin cuts for the top. Overall really great set for the price! I made six large rolls for dinner tonight and if you consider how much it would have cost to get it at a restaurant this set has already paid for itself!
