Though many of us provide counsel about the importance of "taking care of oneself" we also need to be reminded to practice what we preach. Phyllis' book guides us on an enlightened journey back to our center and grounds us in the wisdom of the Tao Te Ching.
Using The Delicate Balance as our starting place and by focusing daily (or weekly) on one verse by Lao Tzu and the thoughtful insights of the author we can discover our way back to taking life "one day at a time" and staying healthy.
