This is the best dairy free product EVER. It is light and airy and creamy and just sweet enough. If you let it defrost a little bit it will be like the texture of cool whip, except tastier and healthier. My mom doesn't like coconut flavor and was fine with it, because the coconut taste is really subtle. And my kids actually would eat it plain with a spoon if I let them. If you eat it frozen it will be harder and denser, kind of like ice cream but not quite. It's good either way, but it's more like whipped cream if you let it sit for a bit to soften. Love this stuff, so much better than trying to whip frozen coconut milk myself! Some berries and a pile of Coco whip, perfect dessert.
