I cannot believe the mistakes in this book. I wanted to try the Tonga Toast and went on a Disney site to watch the video on how to make it. I then went back to the recipe in the book. This recipe is completely missing the egg/milk/butter portion of the recipe! And the Disney video did not reveal the proportions. I would not trust any of the recipes without doing research elsewhere to confirm the ingredients. I also bought the book for another recipe and it does not match what I had in the restaurant. I also tried the Lava cake recipe and reviews helped. Don't follow the cooking time in the book. I would not buy this again. It does not make sense. Why provide a recipe book with real mistakes?

I got this from Walt Disney World a few years back and it is a great book. I own a good collection of cookbooks but never really use them. With this one, I keep going back to it. The book contains a nice selection of recipes found in the parks and on the cruises, along with accompanying photos. My personal favourite is the Adobo Pulled Pork from The Crystal Palace at Walt Disney World, which I was thrilled was included.
As of earlier this year, you could find the book at Walt Disney World, but that may have changed.

The book also includes recipes for drinks and desserts, something like Tonga Toast or Strawberry Soup.

Whether you are a Disney fan or just love to cook, check this one out.

This is the first Disney cookbook with lots of Beautiful pictures of the food! I own a copy and gave one to a few friends and my mom. One of my favorite desserts is the chocolate lava cake from the California Grill. Yummy! I had the scallops dish at Jiko and it was to die for, now I haven't made it from the book. But now that I own it I think I could....

I made the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding from 'Ohana. I slightly modified the recipe to be more like the french toast bread pudding with bananas foster sauce that they served at Boma for breakfast when I was there and it came out pretty much just like what I had when at Disney. There are a lot of recipes in this book that look great. I'll try some others around the holidays but I have no complaints yet.

I bought the Delicious Disney Cookbook and after trying several recipes I returned it to the World of Disney store at the Disneyland Resort. There are too many errors in the recipes, in fact NONE of them tried turned out correctly, and my girlfriend is in her 3rd year of Culinary to become a Pastry Chef, so I know they were prepared properly. Besides if you like a meal at the Resort you can ask the restaurant and they will give it to you free. I compared several restaurant provided recipes with the book and they were barely similar, and the restaurant copies work.
