The tuna salad, which I opted for as a butter lettuce wrap. Delicious. I only make my tuna salad without mayo, so this one was just perfect. Plus, I'd never thought to add dried cranberries to a tuna dish. Really wonderful flavor and texture.
The cultured mayo. Seriously awesome. The few things I put mayo on, requires it to be only the best tasting. I've been making my own mayo for over a year, and was actually looking for a new way to do it. This method was perfect. I'm trying to heal some gut issues and adding more cultured foods to my day is part of the regiment. This mayo recipe is wonderful! The whey was easy to source and now it will last 6 months, it's super healthy, and super yummy!
The beet tartare was delicious. Finding more ways to make beets has been a joy for me. I never much liked them until I found a great recipe online. This one is up on my list of must haves!
This book is wonderful and will help anyone who owns it, on a path of better eating, even if you aren't perfect about it. ;)

After reading the entire book, I bought one for my mother and sister who has successfully battled breast cancer.
My mother used several of the recipes and her health has improved 100%
she actually said that it helped saved her life as it helped cured her acid reflux.
I just have one advice, buy the book ASAP!!!
